LITTLE BIT OF THIS, LITTLE BIT OF THAT
Jacob & Chelsea were home less than 24 hours after his LA rotation before they packed up both cars & headed to his Salt Lake City core for 5 months (7 more months until graduation & a delayed honeymoon, then off for his 3 year residency)! Fortunately, Jacob & Chelsea were able to see all of the family at Carly's birthday party, but unfortunately, had to leave before Brinleys blessing!

Brinley at 11 weeks got her ears pierced. I thought I was going to throw up on the way to the mall because I was so nervous. I did it with Carly and remember feeling the same way. Thank goodness she only cried for about 10 seconds and once it was over never cried again. The only person who was brave enough to go with me was my Dad and Brody. Thank goodness he was there to support me or I might not have gone through with it!!

Was searching for my GF's blog and came across yours. Started reading and came to your recent post about
piercing your ears. She looks totally adorable. I did our dd at about the same age.
This was a perfect age to pierce her ears! I promise you were a smart mommy for doing it as an infant so she'll just grow up with them. Promise you will have many moms envious of your decision and wish they had pierced their girls as infants. Babies and little girls with little pierced ears celebrates their femininity and femaleness.
Our ped encouraged me doing it when mommy could care for them. Also, she gave me some tips for moms having their dd's ears pierced. Would be happy to share by e-mail with any moms wanting more info or trying to decide " to pierce or not to pierced."
